Ortho

Toolbox Icon:

Forces all line segments within 10 degrees of parallel with the X, Y, or Z axis to lie exactly parallel to that axis.

Select the lines to be straightened, and choose the Ortho command. The line will be converted to a vertical or horizontal entity.
