Printing Your Event Reports

When printing your Event Report, you can specify whether you would like to have the calendar title appear at the top of each page or on the first page only. To set this option, access the Layout Object Properties dialog box, and select the Miscellaneous tab. (See Event Report Views for details.) To show the calendar title at the top of each printed page, select the Show Title on Each Page option. To have the title print only on the first page, leave this check box unselected.

To print a 2-column event report, select the Page Setup from the File menu. Under the Layout option, select Event Report 2-Column from the current layout list. Select any other page setup options you wish, then click OK.

Use Print Preview to make sure your event report will print correctly, then select Print from the File menu.
