Viewing Pages in a Multi Page Layout

The View Pages feature can be used to change your view to another page in a multiple page calendar layout. It is also helpful when you want to add or remove pages from your layout.

To view pages in a multi-page layout:

1. Select Add/Remove Pages from the Layout menu. The Add/Remove Pages dialog box opens, displaying the active page in the preview window.
2. Move between pages, if necessary, using the Next and Previous buttons located to the right of the preview.

To add or remove pages from your layout:

• Click the Add button to add a calendar page. The preview window closes and a blank calendar page displays on the screen. This gives you the ability to create and manage multiple-page layouts.
• The Delete button removes the selected page.
