Smart Help Trigger automatically displays related online help topics inside the Copilot Palette as tools and commands are activated in TurboCAD. When a tool, feature, or workflow is selected, the Copilot Palette updates itself with matching help content and guidance relevant to the active operation.

This integrated workflow provides faster access to feature explanations, reduces the need to manually search through documentation, and helps keep focus on the current design task while learning and exploring TurboCAD functionality.

As commands and workflows change, the Copilot Palette dynamically refreshes to display updated contextual help associated with the active tool or operation.

This feature requires an active Copilot Palette.

Before using Smart Help Trigger, the feature must first be enabled in Program Setup/General tab.

Steps to enable and use Smart Help Trigger in TurboCAD:

  1. Open Options → Program Setup.
  2. Select General from the Program Setup categories.
  3. Under the Help settings section, enable Smart Help Trigger.
  4. Click OK to apply the setting.
  5. Ensure the Copilot Palette is open/activated.
  6. Activate any TurboCAD command or tool.
  7. The Copilot Palette automatically updates and displays related help topics and guidance associated with the active command or workflow.
