Margins Tab

The Margins tab of the Page Setup dialog box is used to set the margins of the printed page and the frame of space surrounding each calendar. It's also used to specify the point on the page where the first calendar begins. This is useful when you are printing several calendars on one page as it determines the amount of space between each calendar.

  1. Select the Margins tab in the Page Setup dialog box.

  2. The Page Margins options are used to set the margins surrounding the page.

  3. Calendar Frame options are used to set the four margins bordering each calendar. They determine the amount of space between calendars when printing multiple calendars on one page.
  4. Calendar Placement options are used to specify the point on the page where the top left corner of the first calendar begins printing. This point is based on the edge of the paper.
  5. The Cutting Guides section lets you include crop marks to help you accurately cut your calendar printouts to a custom size.
  6. The Folding Guides section lets you include lines or short marks to help you accurately fold InstaBook printouts.

  7. Modify the margin settings as desired. To apply these settings click OK.

Once you have checked and modified the Page Setup settings, click Print to print your calendar or Print Preview to preview the printout.
