Addressing E Mail
Calendar Creator helps you quickly address e-mail to your contacts. This can be done from the Contact tab of the Add New Contact dialog box or using the Send E-Mail option on the Address menu. Using either of these methods launches your e-mail program, which you can then use to compose and send e-mail.
To address an e-mail message:
- Select a contact in your address book list, then select Send E-Mail from the Address menu or double-click on the contact in the address book list to open the Add New Contact dialog box. Select the desired e-mail address, then click Send.
Your default e-mail application is launched, and the address you designated as the primary address for this contact is transferred from your Calendar Creator Address Book to the Address field in your e-mail application.
